This program focuses on supporting mental and emotional well-being through education and skill-building in Trauma & Anxiety, Stress Management, and PTSD & Emotional Trauma.


Patrons will gain a better understanding of how trauma and anxiety can affect thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning. The program also introduces practical, evidence-informed stress management techniques to help individuals regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and build resilience in everyday life.

Special attention is given to PTSD and emotional trauma, offering education on how these experiences impact the mind and body, as well as strategies that support healing and recovery. The focus is on building awareness, developing coping skills, and encouraging healthy emotional expression in a safe and supportive environment.
