Destress, relieve tension, and improve mobility.

Whether you currently practice yoga or not, you’ll enjoy this simple practice designed to destress, relieve tension, and improve mobility. This movement class will include options for standing or seated practices in a chair or yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use so please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Chairs will be provided for those who wish to use them.
The class will be taught by Brigette Serfaty, MS, PharmD, BCNP, DipACLM, NBCHWC, who is faculty at UAMS and certified in yoga therapy and mindfulness. Dr. Serfaty has been teaching and practicing yoga for more than 20 years and loves helping people experience the health and wellbeing benefits of movement.
All UAMS students and members of the general public are invited to join!
