Y on the Fly
Wednesday, June 10
12:30pm - 2:30pm
Y on the Fly is a mobile YMCA experience that transforms community spaces into active hubs for youth engagement, offering hands-on activities focused on wellness, recreation, creativity, leadership, and connection.
At participating library locations, the Y on the Fly van will activate alongside the Be Mighty food service, creating a welcoming environment where youth and families can access meals, enrichment activities, and positive community engagement all in one place.
Programming will include interactive games, team-building activities, STEM and creative projects, physical activity, and relationship-building opportunities designed to keep youth active, engaged, and connected during the summer months.
Together, Be Mighty and Y on the Fly are creating neighborhood-centered experiences that encourage learning, belonging, wellness, and positive summer engagement for children and teens across the city.
