Programming RoomLearn basic hand sewing skills and how to mend your own clothes from local sewist Abbie Deville.
Hand sewing is important to learn in order to keep your favorite pieces out of the landfill and to keep your wardrobe fresh. Whether it’s covering a hole with a patch or replacing a missing button, these basic skills will save you time and money in the long run. Hand sewing starter kits will be provided. Registration is not required, but supplies are limited.

Dee Brown Library
Dee Brown Library is nestled in the heart of southwest Little Rock and offers patrons a wide variety of adult and children’s books as well as CDs and DVDs. The 13,500-square-feet library, which opened in 2002, provides access to public study rooms, a meeting room, and an outside deck and boardwalk that lead from Baseline Road to the library.
