Join us for Guac & Culture, a flavorful program that blends cooking and cultural learning. Patrons will learn to make fresh guacamole with simple ingredients and discover the history and cultural importance of avocados in Mexican cuisine. This program will explore flavor balancing, traditional ingredients, and culinary traditions that have made guacamole a global favorite. It’s a delicious way to learn about food and culture.
