Ron Robinson Theater
Ron Robinson TheaterJoin us for a special screening of Steel Magnolias (1989, PG) as we celebrate the life, career, music, humor, and enduring legacy of the one and only Dolly Parton.
Dolly's unforgettable role stars Parton playing Truvy Jones, a hairdresser who works out of her home salon. The stacked cast includes star Sally Field as Southern mother hen Mary Lynn "M'Lynn" Eatenton, as well as Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Olympia Dukakis, Julia Roberts, Tom Skerritt, Sam Shepard and Dylan McDermott.
We're inviting you to Dolly-fy yourself! Come dressed as Dolly Parton and get a FREE popcorn with your admission. Big hair, rhinestones, sequins, wigs, cowboy hats, and fabulousness are all encouraged.
This isn't a night for saying goodbye—it's a night for celebrating everything Dolly gave us: the songs, the laughter, the movies, the generosity, and the joy.
Come celebrate Dolly on the big screen.
Dolly forever. 💖
