This new Bank of America Business resource, How to Start a Business in 15 Steps takes a deeper dive specifically into the business launch process. It provides a roadmap for entrepreneurs, including evaluating a business idea, conducting market research, developing a business plan, securing funding, selecting a business structure, and navigating the legal requirements of starting a business. It also includes practical tools, checklists, and planning resources.

Please note: Our earlier Bank of America Lunch & Learns provided a broad overview of the small business journey, covering key topics such as starting a business, growing a business, and managing finances and cash flow. The sessions were designed to help participants understand the mindset, planning, and financial fundamentals needed to successfully operate a small business.

A partnership of the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) and Advancing Black Entrepreneurship (ABE), the Rock It! Lab provides resources and services, including technical assistance, mentorship, marketing and promotion, networking opportunities, business education, one-on-one instruction, and more to assist entrepreneurs in creating successful businesses.
