Programming RoomLearn the basic sewing machine skills with Abbie D from Cat Scratch Vintage in a beginner-friendly environment. Start your first project or use our sewing machines to continue your own. Build community around your 'pin pals'.
We will have sewing machines for you to use during our classes, but participants are welcomed to bring their own machines. Seating and Project supplies will be limited.
Week 1 - Sewing your own Bucket Hat
Week 2 - Upcycle an old favorite (bring a second hand item to alter)
Week 3 - Make a scrappy floor poof (bring sewing scraps, old materials, t-shirts)
Week 4 - Tomato Pin Cushion
Projects will repeat in August & September

Dee Brown Library
Dee Brown Library is nestled in the heart of southwest Little Rock and offers patrons a wide variety of adult and children’s books as well as CDs and DVDs. The 13,500-square-feet library, which opened in 2002, provides access to public study rooms, a meeting room, and an outside deck and boardwalk that lead from Baseline Road to the library.
