Help us close out Summer @ CALS with our final event of the summer!

The first 100 kids will receive a free backpack filled with school supplies! We'll be joined by Ms. Angela Shirey, a financial literacy provider from Chase Bank who will lead a financial health workshop for families about money management. We'll have outdoor games/activities and the CALS Bookmobile will be onsite! Free child dental screenings will be provided through Dental Dental!

All abilities are welcome. To request ASL interpretation or other accommodations, call 501.918.3069 or email hzbinden@cals.org 7 business weekdays before a program.

About the branch

Dee Brown Library is nestled in the heart of southwest Little Rock and offers patrons a wide variety of adult and children’s books as well as CDs and DVDs. The 13,500-square-feet library, which opened in 2002, provides access to public study rooms, a meeting room, and an outside deck and boardwalk that lead from Baseline Road to the library.
