013 | The Hatcher Agency Computer ClassroomJoin us for an in-depth journey through the process of post-production: the art of taking raw video and raw audio and turning them into a polished finished production.
You've shot the video, so... now what? In this seminar, Digital Programming Specialist André Thornton and Digital Programming Coordinator Nathan Smith will show you! We'll walk you through all the key beats of post-production, including:
- Importing and organizing footage, audio, and other assets
- Editing your footage for flow and tone
- Improving your audio
- Adding graphics and effects
- Exporting your finished product

This seminar will be offered in-person in the Hatcher Agency Computer Classroom on the lower level of Main Library. Registration is required.
Parking validation is available for those parking in the library's parking lot or parking deck.
The class schedule includes a lunch break. (Lunch is on your own; food is not provided.)
Only CALS patrons with a current library card who have taken Production Studio Orientation are eligible to use the 5th floor Production Studio for their own projects. If you'd like to use that space, but don't yet have a library card, you can apply for one online or at your favorite CALS library.
