Get one-on-one help with cameras, video, lighting, editing, or general production questions. Bring your projects and/or your equipment, and ask anything. No registration required!
Whether you’re troubleshooting camera or audio equipment, learning how to use manual camera settings, setting up lighting for a project, or navigating software, library staff will be available to help. You're welcome to bring your own device, camera, or media project; or use library equipment (when available).
This informal, project-friendly environment is geared towards questions at any level, from beginners to more experienced creators. No registration is required—stop by anytime during the session to get the help you need to move your project forward.
This session will take place in the Production Studio on the 5th floor of Main Library. Parking validation will be available for the Main Library parking deck or parking lot.
This drop-in session is open to anyone, but only CALS patrons with a current library card are eligible to use the Production Studio for their own projects. If you'd like to use the space on your own, please register for our studio orientation. If you don't yet have a library card, you can apply for one online or at your favorite CALS library.
