Join us in making a traditional and healthy Hispanic dish with special guest Blanca Hernandez from the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture! This cooking demonstration is suitable for children ages 8 through 12 and their families.
CALS welcomes children and families of all ages to use its resources, services, and facilities. Responsibility for children using the library rests with the parent or caregiver. Children under 11 must be accompanied by a responsible caregiver over the age of 16 at all times.

Dee Brown Library is nestled in the heart of southwest Little Rock and offers patrons a wide variety of adult and children’s books as well as CDs and DVDs. The 13,500-square-feet library, which opened in 2002, provides access to public study rooms, a meeting room, and an outside deck and boardwalk that lead from Baseline Road to the library.
