At CALS we are all family and as family you are invited to Thanksgiving dinner.

Prepare for the holiday season with an informative Thanksgiving-themed cooking demonstration. Patrons will watch as the chef prepares a delicious seasonal dish while sharing step-by-step instructions, ingredient recommendations, time-saving tips, and presentation ideas. Patrons will learn techniques they can recreate at home and may have an opportunity to sample the finished dish. The featured recipe can be adapted to match the selected menu and available ingredients.
