Local artist Courtney Ford will introduce children to the art of illustration.

Participants will use a variety of materials, choose a letter from the alphabet (maybe a letter in their name) and decorate that letter according to their interests. All materials will be provided.

About the branch

The Central Arkansas Library System and the City of Sherwood completed construction of the new Amy Sanders Library in early 2018. The new building has 14,500 square feet of space on a heavily wooded 15-acre parcel. The setting of the building is within the existing trees and steep terrain to enhance the uniqueness of the site, bringing the outside in.
