April is the perfect time to take a look outside and get inspired to read and write! Let’s explore the poetry of Ross Gay and some of the various plants you can see and read about on the CALS Encyclopedia of Arkansas.
We’ll read some of Gay’s work for inspiration, use some interesting plant names and images as writing prompts, write whatever we like, and review what we wrote! Led by J. Jobe. Brought to you by the CALS Writing Circle, the CALS Encyclopedia of Arkansas (housed at the Roberts Library), and CALS programming for NEA Big Reads.
