Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that uses a chair for support and stability. As a gentle form of movement, it helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, encourages mindfulness, and promotes greater body awareness.
Adolphine Fletcher Terry Library was expanded in 2001 to serve the growing west Little Rock community. The 19,030-square-feet facility offers patrons thousands of books and audio/visual items for adults and children, enclosed study rooms, and public Internet access. The Terry Library also offers a variety of monthly programs for children and adults.
