Learn about the Impressionist art movement and recreate a notable work from Monet.
Oscar-Claude Monet was a French painter and founder of Impressionism. Monet is seen as a key precursor to modernism, especially in his attempts to paint nature as he perceived it.
We will be recreating one of his works in this class using acrylic and oil pastels! Registration is required, as supplies are limited. The Roosevelt Thompson Library offers patrons more than 62,000 books, magazines and audiovisual items.
